Opalescent Uranium Glass Ruffled Lamp Shade

This absolutely gorgeous lamp shade is made of opalescent cased glass, and while it isn't signed, the hand-tooled crimping and the Silver Crest-style clear rim around the edge are highly reminiscent of works by the Fenton Art Glass Company. Made by them or not, this piece certainly carries a lot of history with it, and is a fantastic example of several different art glass styles and techniques. An amazing find for your home, or for your collection!

Condition: Good antique condition. The shade itself is in beautiful shape, with no apparent scratches, chips, or dings. However, the base is heavily chipped, as can be seen in the photos, and has a bit of surface grime from its previous installation.
