J. Merigous Limoges Porcelain Outlet & Switch Plates

These beautiful switch and outlet plates are made from Limoges porcelain, which is a very specific type of porcelain clay only found in the Limoges region of France. These particular pieces were all made by J. Merigous, and were likely part of the Victoriana design revival in the 1960s and 70s. A great touch of floral fun and Victorian-styled elegance!

Condition: Great vintage condition. One of the yellow flower switch plates has a small chip in the back, and the blue delft outlet plate has a firing crack on the back. Otherwise, all pieces are in good physical shape, with only some minor surface wear. The blue delft outlet plate is stamped "PT.7230" on the back, and all other plates are marked "J.M. PORCELAINE LIMOGES," "Limoges AUTHENTIQUE," and "Made in France" on the back in gold, as well as having a small black stamp reading "J.M LIMOGES" on the bottom edge. Plates are sold individually, mounting screws not included.
