Two porcelain light switch plates, one single-gang, one double-gang. They are both decorated with hand-painted floral designs in pink, red, and blue, with green leaves, as well as with swirling gilded designs. The edges of each plate are ornately curved and raised.

The backs of both light switch plates, which have some paint staining on them, as well as stamps. The single-gang plate also has the illegible remnants of a sticker on it.

These hand-painted floral switch plates are a perfect example of the mid-century Victoriana revival, bringing back rich gold detailing and maximalist decoration on every surface. 

Condition: Excellent vintage condition, with minimal surface wear and most of the gilding still present. The backs of each plate do have some paint staining, and are also stamped with the crossed arrows Arnart logo. The one-gang plate is labeled S7310 and the two-gang plate is labeled S7311. Sold individually, mounting hardware not included.
