Vintage Dietzgen Sharpoint Pencil Sharpener In Box

This sharpener is an interesting design, intended not to shave down wood pencils like most sharpeners, but instead specifically designed to sharpen the point of drafting leads in mechanical pencils, such as those typically used by architects. A very handy tool, for sure, and this one has certainly pointed many a drafting lead, but is still going strong decades later!

Condition: Great vintage condition. Still rotates just fine, and comes with both the original box and the original pamphlet insert, though both have sustained some wear over time. Sharpener itself is stamped "DIETZGEN" on the washer on top, as well as "1099" "D" and "7" on the base, and the box indicates the model number is N-3230.
